How do I get my files?
Straight after checkout. There’s a download link on the order confirmation page, in your order email, and under My account > Downloads.
Do the spreadsheets work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive, then right-click it and choose Open with > Google Sheets. They also open in Excel and Numbers.
How do the editable templates work?
The program, menu, seating chart and game makers are single .html files. Double-click to open them in your browser, type your details, then print or save as PDF. They work offline, and nothing you type leaves your computer.
What paper size are the printables?
Every printable comes in both A4 and US Letter. Print at 100% or Actual size.
Can I print them at a print shop?
Yes. Save as PDF and send them the file. For seating charts, ask for foam board or a poster print at the size you chose.
Do you ship anything?
No. Everything is a digital download.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, we don’t usually refund digital downloads. If a file doesn’t work, email us and we’ll fix it. See the refund policy.
